We want to hear from you
Whether it’s a suggestion on how we can make your home with us better, or if you would just like to pass on a compliment, we want to hear from you. Your honest feedback helps us improve and create even better communities for you to live in. Bader utilizes Opiniion, an unbiased, 3rd party resident surveying company, to help us determine where we’re doing well, and where we can improve.
So how does Opiniion work?
Opiniion offers annual satisfaction surveys and feedback systems to residents in order to gain valuable insight into living experiences. The surveys and systems are designed to identify any issues impacting satisfaction, and in response, help us create relevant action and quality assurance plans. In addition, after surveys are completed, instant emails are sent to the appropriate Bader staff to guarantee any problems are addressed and resolved as soon as possible.
