At Bader, we are proud to have so many hard-working and dedicated employees who choose to continue their employment year after year. In fact, we have so many long-term employees, that we started calling them our “Loyal Legends”. Our employees are the heart of our company, and we simply could not be where we are today without their support and loyalty. We truly care about our people, and we work hard to keep them happy.

Our charitable giving initiatives
At Bader, we do the right thing. It’s not only our motto, it’s our mantra. Volunteerism is important to us, not only to our executive team, but to our employees as well. In addition to our company financial donations, Bader’s employee-led Kindness Crew coordinates and runs several volunteer projects each year, all benefitting local charities. The Kindness Crew currently makes up over 40 members, all employees who come together throughout the year and make a difference. On-site Kindness Crew members create opportunities for both employees and their residents to give back to the local organizations surrounding them, thus spreading love and compassion throughout the greater Twin Cities area.
